Was promised by a recruiter I would be informed and kept up to date on next steps etc. Four weeks later I got the ATS "thanks but you arent being considered for this role" email. No follow up from the recruiter, no conversation, nothing.

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.
Average iview process, it was not difficult. Very easy questions but some courvballs. I did not get an offer. Which is fine. I got a job elsewhere. Yes yes yes.
