They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture

They asked how i would solve a conflict with my co worker
not super technical, was asked mainly about overview of processs not specific detail. only one stage but was via a consultancy so may be different if you apply online than liek that
Quite ok. Not difficult. Do come prepared and know your resume inside out. It would help if you did good research on the company also and have questions to ask.
Interview was pretty fast and simple, with certain technical questions that requires in depth explanation. That is about it. Probably that is why not selected to proceed further. Worth trying though.
