Q: How would you manage two deadlines to meet and you feel as though you might not meet one of them?
I was given a scenario at the end of the interview, if a client was struggling to buy a crib for her new born baby, as a case planner what would I do. I was also asked if the client was in a domestic violence relationship and the client said she was not going to go back to her abusive partner and found out she did. As a case planner what would I do. The whole interview there was cursing and talking about other employees who worked their at the time. I t was also mentioned the turn over rate is so high, I see why.
Are you comfortable going to family homes? Dealing with acs, learning about family court, and being a witness in family court, writing legal reports.
