Pros

Amazing culture, Family vibe. Joey and Cindy were the best managers ive ever had. Sucks i had to move home for family reasons.

Cons

Working Saturdays were not fun. Work life balance was not so good.

Cons

Management is terrible. Constant changes to how the “policy” is supposed to be. They have no respect for work life balance. Overworked constantly.

As a 24/7 emergency home services provider, there are times when the pace is demanding. When families lose heat in the winter or air conditioning in extreme temperatures, our teams step up in a big way. That said, we understand that intense seasons can impact work/life balance. We work intentionally to balance those peak periods with slower seasons, flexible scheduling where possible, and PTO policies designed to give employees time to recharge. We are also continuously evaluating processes and communication to minimize unnecessary policy changes and improve consistency. Thank you for all you do!
