      Pros

      Benefits/PTO are the best I've ever seen. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Japan/corporate does not care, or show they care about US workers that have been with the company for many years. Conflicts between corporate and the current CFO were constant. Many tenure employees left because of current CFO, and corporate did nothing to keep these great employees. There were no reproductions against CFO when he went against company policies.
