      Great company, when parent Scotiabank policies and environment is enforced.

      Pros

      Decent salary, competitive benefits and great environment within the Digital team

      Cons

      The bank has a history of being old-school, so some things are hard to live by; outside the digital team (and now that it no longer lives as a separate unit) they don't like the remote work so much, and micro-managing can be find in a lot of areas.
