Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave your review. It’s great that you have acknowledged that our employees and that our benefits package is very good. Equally you've noted our smart working and culture as being positives to working at Countryside. We are working very hard on creating a positive employee experience for all. You've mentioned underpaid and we do regularly review our salaries with external benchmarking to enable us to be competitive and we review our Total Reward packages as salary is one part of that reward.
