Pros

The customers are friendly. Some of the trainers are very nice, helpful, and flexible.

Cons

Everything. you’ll have to work MANDATORY overtime, if you miss a day you’ll have to make up the hours that SAME week. You can’t request any days off until the month of, and you don’t know whether or not they’ll be approved so forget making vacation plans in advanced. Disabled? Wonderful! Teleperformance superiors will make you feel extremely unwanted. Need accommodations? Don’t count on it. My request was ignored a few times. I had a medical episode and no more break time left since they denied my request and was stuck on the phones with the members throughout. Think it’ll be more lenient if you work from home? Oh absolutely not. They care about you even less if you’re not in office. You will inevitably have to sit in front of your computer from 42-45 hours just to avoid being fired, your pay will be subpar, if you need insurance through your job that’s 300$ taken out of your paycheck, little to no benefits whatsoever. a truly miserable experience

Pros

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Cons

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.

Pros

some kind of help and floor support good pay good benefits and coworkers

Cons

1. product to support (quickbooks) has way too many bugs and is not user friendly, it does not provide a workaround or reasons to customers on why is not working or how to fix it causing a high volume of calls to higher support 2. poor training since the product is a very wide and complicated product there is no way that 3 weeks of training are enough to cover all topics and there is no way 1-2 weeks of upskill training are enough and there is no way 3 days of training for Next Level Help are enough to handle supervisor calls 3.poor and delayed processes to fix issues as there should be an internal team actively testing the product to discover bugs on the product before the customers do 4.corruption withing within promotions, although is somewhat easy to move up, the opportunities are not offered publicly to everyone resulting in having a supervisor with absolutely 0 knowledge of the product but got the job due to being friends with upper management, same applies to horizontal promotions, they offer the position to a very small circle of people when there are way more qualified people that are not aware when there is a vacancy for the position
