      Good semi conductor company with high ethics

      Cons

      Very very limited growth in Singapore, but still designed the rotation program but didnt train employee well. The finance management mindset is incorrect. Not very helpful on the career, some personal judgement. And the finance site is no longer in SG.

      Pros

      Amazing people -- TI hires the best out of non-elite universities, so the company has a very inclusive feel. Everything is about teamwork. Can't beat the work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay could be improved especially in the Bay Area if TI wants to retain employees who make the biggest impact.
