      Innovative and working of some of the cool technology. Great place for electronic engineers . Unlimited opportunities to learn and grow as nothing is restrict you to do something. Very decent compensation

      Very aggressive deadlines in many teams . 12+ hours of work is normal. Lots of execution

      Pros

      Amazing people -- TI hires the best out of non-elite universities, so the company has a very inclusive feel. Everything is about teamwork. Can't beat the work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay could be improved especially in the Bay Area if TI wants to retain employees who make the biggest impact.
