Pros
Some staff are fantastic and know what it is to put in a sold days work. Other staff fell that there job is safe and do the minimum they can because they know how difficult it is for an employer to fire them.
Cons
The over all corporate structure needs to be looked at. Different rates of pay. Bonuses. how many hours are aloud for staff. And how many employees are to be hired or how many for each department are way to different from store to store. These things need to be addressed and need to be a lot more simular between all stores. Also owners/operators should have more control over the products they are selling in there stores. There is to much corporate interference forcing stores to sell what they tell them to.
