ITC produces beautiful things and the end result of their work is often brilliant.

Cons

Management and Compensation. The culture is very bad due to the fact that upper management has no idea the kind of company in which they work or what is needed to make it run properly. Communication is not just lacking, it is non-existent. Compensation is also extremely low for the field.
