Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.

Pros

Fair in assignments, respectful to employees, clean tidy environment, rapid updating of working positions or assignments

Cons

projects often irregular in length-end up being shorter in duration than indicated when signing up, difficult to sit all that time even though it is encouraged to stand and walk around if need be. If one does that, then less time spent scoring and decreased productivity = no chance for bonus

Pros

There are so many great and amazint things to say i could right pages! The trainers are amazing the Teamleads really teach you when you make a mistake instead of getting onto you. Amazing teamwork, teamwork makes the dream work!! Everyone is so encouraging as well. I can be alittle overwhelming at first as any job really is due to the newness but specifically because you must learn new systems and how the iOS system works to hlp customers. The working at home is amazing dont have to deal with any traffic, wear on car, or risking a wreak/speeding ticket or other violation to get to work. Plus you never have to pay for gas....SO i feel like im getting paid more. Just an amazing place to work.

Cons

Overwhelming customers that can be rude, frustration of sometimes not being able to see particular things on the customers phones when diagnosing. Everyone that says the pay is low - idiots. The pay is not bad you are working at home and dont have to worry about gas or wear and tear on car. If you want to make more then simply work up to it and move to a better paying position. Atleast its not min wage. As far as the ppl that said if your 1 min late for the 15 min break....that has never happened to me. Of course - you cant be consistently late but a minute i dont think makes a huge difference. 7 To 10 mins late would tho.
