      Pros

      The team was excellent. The hours were flexible and based on availability, while I was in school I worked a minimum of 20 hours a week, but when I had breaks/after graduating, I worked more, which was perfect. Leadership both within the store and the larger company was very caring and supportive, as well as personally invested in employee success and development. There are multiple opportunities both at the store level and at the corporate level for advancement as well. Truly have nothing but great things to say about this organization!
