      Pros

      It’s a company that takes to heart it’s values, manomano manages to achieve amazing growth whilst supporting its care value to its employees.

      Cons

      It’s growing at such a pace that sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the new tech departments that keep appearing !! But that’s a good thing ;)

      The hypergrowth and than nothing

      Pros

      The company is no longer what it was before. After the hypergrowth and the stress that it has caused for who it was inside, it is in a phase of cuts, where everything is stopped and there is no possibility of growth for either old or new employees. A somewhat arbitrary change to the collective agreement has been made that has cut the bonuses of all department. The galloping inflation in Europe has not been compensated with any increase in salary and the first layoffs are being seen. What a pity
