      Pros

      Dynamic work environment with lot's of friendly people. Co-workers and Supervisors go out their way to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Evening and overnight shifts. The work schedule must shift accommodate airplane arrivals/departures.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits for part time work.

      Cons

      High school like environment. it's very "clicky" there and childish like dramas between workers. Supervisors have bad tempers. They don't train you much if at all. Be a self starter and asked questions or you will fail at this job.

      Good place to work.

      Pros

      Pays well, good home time, easy work. Management and Employees rock! Company is well established and has good benefits with a 401K program. All business's go through changes and your never going to find the perfect one. Matheson Trucking has new equipment and strives to meet there employees needs. Big shout out to Johnny and Gary in Boise Idaho for doing a great job with managing all the drivers and routes during peak season and off.

      Cons

      Only con I have is I didn't apply sooner.
