      Cons

      Horrible place to work. Don’t let the benefits or smiling faces fool you. The management is terribly inexperienced, incompetent, and unsupportive. The rest of the staff is mean and the coworkers know it.

      Great coworkers and working space, hybrid flexibility, opportunity for ownership of team management, projects and processes for continued learning at high speeds.

      Cons

      No training and onboarding process, very low salary compared to market rate and competition, flat organization can be at a disadvantage due to improper communication and high responsibility compared to pay, low to no transparency from leadership.
