      Pros

      flexibility with scheduling, the staff is friendly, the supervisors are pretty helpful, Overtime is never mandatory.

      Cons

      The pay is not as competitive as it could be. There is no sick time.

      Pros

      Job security, get great experience on various types of machines, annual raises, good benefits, start with a decent amount of pto.

      Cons

      Work really long hours, extremely understaffed, corporate seems to only care about numbers and has little regard for the well being of their employees. Some of the machines are really old.
