- very bad treatment from the supervisors during the flights
- lack of any compassion for employee (in case you are sick or face any personal issues) NO SECOND CHANGE POLICY
(For example If you don’t perform well during a flight because of some personal issue or maybe due to exhaust, Welfare Team will be notified to investigate on you in order to terminate you)
- army rather than company (minimum rest, no opportunity to express your thoughts to supervisors, POLICY to agree on EVERYTHING either right or wrong
- technically not allowed to report sick (hospital are warmed in Doha not to provide sick note for crew, therefore not able to report sick)
- minimum rest between flight
- interferences into private life (marriage has to be approved by the company, not allowed to see a boyfriend in the company accommodation)
-crew not able to monitor well cabin during the flight ( as cannot say anything to passengers, RULES OF SUBMISSION)
- not able to travel in business class
