Store employees receive above average training for retail. Office employees are not offered training to better themselves in newer applications and technology.

We’ll throw you in the deep end and see if you sink or swim! Training has been the butt of TOO MANY jokes behind the scenes. Company LOVES toting their training mantra to the world, but it consists of very little. Even managers didn’t get training when promoted to new positions which has caused a lot of problems depending on their learning curve.

There was a lot of training, it was good training, but was over-kill sometimes

Amazing 3 week training. And you learn how to do everything.
