These are included in our PTO

Pretty standard. 4 days of sick time is build into PTO with your vacation days depending on your tenure.

Offered only in select cities based on their worker laws. NOT OFFERED to part timers around the company, reserved for full time and management. Managements “roll out” of part time sick days was HORRENDOUS! Workers were accruing hours of sick pay but weren’t instructed how to actually use them because management didn’t inform us properly. 9 months later after much debate and asking we learned to instruct management how to use our accrued time.
