You submit an application. Then they email you about setting up a phone interview. Then who knows what happens. The interviewer sent me an email claiming my phone number was blocked. First time anyone ever said that to me. I get calls on my phone all the time from friends, family and from companies for job interviews. She asked me to call her back. I did and she did not answer. I left a message and gave her an alternate number. She never called me back. I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful.
