Loop interview with 4 interviewers (one with the recruiter and 3 with people within Amazon, each about 30 mins) All STAR method and questions based around Amazon Leadership principles besides with the recruiter. Meeting with the recruiter first was more of any last minute questions or clarifications

Primo colloquio di un'ora con metodo star e descrizione del ruolo per cui ho fatto la candidatura da Linkedin. Oi superato il primo step ho proseguito con altri 4 colloqui di un'ora ciascuno di cui uno in inglese.
really smooth, few online assessment tests, interview with 3 people 45 mins each, easy question about yourself and what you are capable to do and past experience. really focused on STAR methods and mixing language between spanish and english.
