Interview
I received a call from a technical guy who wanted to discuss the position.
After a conversation for about 20 minutes about the position we agreed to continue the process.
He said he would contact me again for the next step.
He never did.
I was later told that he wrote down I ghosted him, when in fact he was the one to ghost me.
I think it's very rude to ghost people like that.
not to mention dishonest and unethical to spread falsehoods about it (possibly to cover for their own faults).
I would not recommend them.
Screening interview. This is typically the first direct contact with the candidates. Phone screen interviews. First in-person interview. Competency interview. Second and third interviews. Invitation to a social gathering. Final interview.
