Interview
The interview was not bad, but not the best setup for me as someone living with anxiety. I stuttered a few times, though I know and I'm sure of what I wanted to say.
The interview was through slack, you had to walk them through a chat customer service interaction. First you are given a take home issues to solve and send on how to fix or actually fix.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Automattic
Interview
They reach out through Linkedin. They offered a really low budget but I needed a job so I wanted to move forward. Then they sent a form that basically evaluates my intention.
Afterwards, they sent an online assessment like a cognitive ability test with 50 question in 15 minutes, ordinary stuff. Plus an English test, 12 questions, 1 min each. After that, I got rejected.
Probably, either I have really low IQ or I can't even write in English even though I have been working for US/EU companies for years and I have a lot of hands-on experience along with industry-recognized certificates.
