Was asked to confirm salary expectations prior to interviewing. While I appreciate the transparency the salary level was incredibly low for the role advertised. I think the companies great perks are meant to make up for this, but it sounds like there's not a huge amount of opportunity for advancement either so you're sort of pigeonholed.
