The interview process was smooth and well structured. It included an HR screening followed by a technical and managerial round. Questions focused on role-related experience, banking knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

My introduction in brief along with Banking terms.
Interview process was smooth, with test for your knowledge, they asked for technical knowledge and soft skills. Interviewer had a great patience answered the question I had and explained the hiring process smoothly.
overall the experience was fine they do have 3 rounds of interview process first an aptitude test which includes quantitaive reasoning, logical reasoning & english comphrehension test (both listening and writing) , then a screening test using AI and then a face-to-face interview
First round is the Aptitude test along with personality test
The shortlisted candidates move to the next 2nd round
2nd and last round is the interview with the manager and VP
