Interview
Applied online, received email back, general process is Recruiter Screen, followed by Technical. Plan would have been then a HM Screen, then two virtual on-site covering System Design and Principles, then an Exdc interview.
The Interview guide they give you says:
"We've designed a project that mimics the type of work you would typically encounter in your day-to-day"
Don't believe it, it will have absolutely nothing to do with what you'd do on a day to day basis. It will a LeetCode question.
The people on your OA won't even be from the team you're interviewing for, and so cant even answer relevant questions.
Hands down worst experience I ever had interviewing. The whole process is 3 rounds but you have to do all 3 in a row before they give you results. The interviewers for 2 of the rounds didn't show up at all and I had to reschedule. When one show up for the second time, he was very unapologetic and extremely unprofessional and rude. He's a director there so that tells you all about the company. Recruiter very hard to reach as well. All coding interviews very easy and even the good-to-haves were easy but still didn't get the offer. Communicated throughout as well. So not even sure what their criteria is.

Interview
Applied online then got contacted by HR. Scheduled a video interview with a developer. She was very unhelpfully throughout the interview. I was asking her clarification questions but wasn’t really given an answer. The most she did was pasted some expected output in the IDE. She definitely needed more interview training
