Interview
I went through a 6 or 7 interview round process. The first interview was with a TA partner who clearly described the role and communicated the salary for this position. Everyone I met was pleasant. I got to meet a lot of people with different backgrounds during the interview process, which was good.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you solved a disagreement with a team member
I had really high hopes with Axon but these people are a disaster. First off the recruiter was great very on hand but the rest of the team yikes. One person showed up in workout clothes to the interviews and then decided to tell us she couldn’t bother to change because there was going to be more interviews after me anyway. She then kept making the weirdest comments throughout the interview that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. As the interview concluded and she answered my questions she kept making strange comments at the end as well essentially mocking the things I was asking. As a long time professional I have never been so grossed out by an interviewer than these people right here . Do yourself a favor folks stay away!

Interview
A phone screen with a recruiter and then a hiring manager call. Then a behavior exam and a logic games/knowledge exam. After, multiple panels with groups of the team members. The recruiting staff was very prompt and easy to schedule appointments with during the process.
One set of panel groups was really odd during the interview, probably due to a dominating member that the other members either didn’t like working with or were scared of.
One of the panels had a member that kept saying “ladies” on it, which was odd and sometimes felt cringey. At times, the use of the term felt a bit disrespectful.
