I got call from BD via naukri.com. They scheduled my interview on 1st feb 2020. There were two technical round + HR round. 1st round was quite easy + average question were asked. But in second round, there was panel of two person, their behavior was not appropriate. They were aggressive and shouting.

Interview
Asked me to describe my previous positions, spoke in depth about my technical experience and described the role in BD. After approx. 40 minutes I was asked what are my salary expectations for the role. I believe in being up front and advised them of my current salary and said I would be looking to at least match this, or go €10K above is possible. I was then told that the maximum salary they were authorised to go to was €30k below my current salary. I was livid at this point, but didn't show it. My salary is not huge, but not small either, it is average for my role. I advised the interviewer that it could be very difficult to find a Senior SWE position for that salary.
1st HR called in morning that Video interview is scheduled in the afternoon same day. No professionalism.
She was telling that I informed you earlier also? There were no mails and call before that. After applying till that date I was thinking my profile is not selected.
2. I gave two rounds of Video interview back to back each rould lasted 45 min .
3. Almost same questions were asked in both the interviews, yet they didnt come back after 2nd round.
4. Interviewers didnt know what to ask 5+ year experianced person. They were asking questions what I was asked when I was fresher/2+ exp.
Like defect life cycle, testin tools, priority/severity, test planning, test stratagy etc that too in both the rounds,
5. t was total time waste.
6. Problem wit the panel was what answeres they have in their mind, they expect same answers from the person. How is that possible.
If some one is answering from his/her own experiance giving proper example then also u r not satisfied is too much.
