The process was fast, long, and just questions. no scenario to discuss and introduce a question. i wasn't prepared for that. I was hoping the interview was going to be more of a conversation about related job duties and work environment.
Straightforward, discuss past positions and related skills and answer the standard questions. Interviewed by the store manager who was excellent at her job. Worked there for about 2 months and then I received a better offer from another company in sales as well.

It went well. I had some test to complete to evaluate my communication and language skills and a general interview to evaluate my customer service skills. I have been introduce from a thirs party.
