The interview was in person with the managers of the marketing department. It wasn't technical, since I was referred by a recruiter and there is no software development department in that company. There are only software developers within the marketing department. The environment and the staff I worked with was very nice. The salary is per hour of work and 8 hour days with flexible entry hours between 7 and 9 in the morning.
