Interview
After an 1.5 hour in-person interview, 30 min personality test and then 45 min second round virtual interview, it's at least common courtesy to send a personal rejection letter. I only received an automated email saying "I wasn't selected for the interview process" ?? If you're going to take 3 hours of my time for a job that pays less than a living wage, at least send a personalized email. Also, it's a huge red flag for a company to use those antiquated personality tests to determine someone's aptitude for a position.

Overall the process was very seamless and professional. Each person I spoke to cared deeply about the company and expressed their loyalty and happiness. I couldn’t be happier with the process.
