They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.
Standard industry interview process. 30 min with a recruiter, 30 min with manager, and 1 hr with a panel. The process from the first interview to an offer was quick.
