Very smooth, took about a week. Initial phone interview, then followed by a on site technical interview. Initially applied through college career fair. After tech interview, heard back in a day with an offer. They decide very fast. Tech interview consists of 3 rounds of 45 minute interviews with different people, not one-on-one. Whiteboard coding.
