They do a decent job of interviewing and covering competencies without asking very detailed questions. I was referred by a friend who was already working there and I got a phone screen. You could say they are not very picky because it's afterall the recruiting industry But as for the founders I found them somewhat decent and I got paid on time, which was my concern with small outfits at the time.
