At first they called asking regular background information, after that an appointment for a technical interview, which consisted in a bunch of generic iOS questions, with some textbook algorithm questions. Afterwards two interviews followed, one with the director of engineering and other with the VP for what they call Digital Factory. Once that was cleared, they made an offer, giving little time to reply (48 hours). After 24 hours I was harassed into giving an answer as they wanted to "secure" candidates. As such, and given what I perceived as an overall lack of cohesion in the vision for the company and its employees, I declined the offer.
