La persona de RRHH se debería dedicar a otra cosa, o cambiar de nombre de posición, porque humana tiene bien poco, otra que le encanta hacer ghosting a los candidatos. Es mejor hacer ghosting que dar la cara y enviar un mensaje diciendo que no eres el elegido.
Y en cuanto al proceso, más de dos semanas, 6-7 mails, una llamada para ver mi inglés y luego, una vez pasados estos dos filtros ya entrevista por teams con la de RRHH. Y segun me dijo aún quedaban 2 entrevistas más mínimo, un sinsentido. Cero profesionales.

Vorstellung anhand einer Präsentation. Teilnehmer war ein Entscheider/Manager, der Chef der Abteilung in die man sich beworben hat und ein möglicher direkter Kollege sowie jemand von der HR. Vor- und nach dem Vorstellungsgespräch dann nur noch über den Abteilungsleiter per Telefon.
