The interview was pretty easy and quick they ask a few questions about your experience and that was mostly it wasn’t to much more outside of that and why I would be a good fit for the team

Do you think you can keep up with high call volume
Easy phone interview (no video) using mostly the STAR method. Interviewer was friendly and hired me on the spot after asking my qualifications and how I would respond to certain situations. Overall, a simple and easy process although it did take a few weeks to hear back from the onboarding team to start the training.

How do you respond to difficult calls when the caller is being irate and taking it out on you?
The interview was fairly easy and went smoothly, The interviewer was kind and easy to talk to. I got an offer right away. I will be starting in the upcoming year.
