Basically you go in and they ask you the basic interview questions informal, standard. Manager was very polite and eager to get me on board. It was very easy and he asked standard question that any manager would ask.

Question 1
How would you benefit working at this establishment?
Normal interview questions for such position. Interview was quick. Got told to come back to shadow the position after completing the interview. Didn’t have the most opportunity to ask questions back. They never reached back out to let me know if I had gotten the position or not when they told me they would let me know.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Drury Hotels (Tempe, AZ) in Dec 2016
Interview
For some reason, the interview lasted about an hour and a half. The GM asked questions about working on a team, what motivated me, why I chose the position and hotel, etc. And then, out of nowhere, told me he wasn't ready to hire me... then continued talking and asking questions... then said, "I'm prepared to extend you an offer for hire." It was like some weird power trip.
