overall the interview process was fairly good however, the technical test was pretty irrelevant and the way you should draw the design that was given wasn't the way anybody uses Auto-CAD even when you are hired (draw with coordinates system).
the IQ & English was fairly good.
the HR interview was superficial .
the technical interview was to discuss your previous work and experience at a short period of time in a good way.
