I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2007
Interview
I was working part-time with someone who was a recruiter for CuraScript, and she said she could get me an interview. I applied online and I was called by another recruiter to set up an interview time. I went and met with the recruiter I spoke with over the phone, and she basically asked me some questions to see if I was really interested in the position. The first interview was very short; I didn't really feel as if we did anything that could not have been accomplished over the phone, and at the time I was living over an hour away, so it was a bit inconvenient. I came back within the next couple of days and had an interview with one of the department supervisors and her team lead. My recruiter friend was also there. Typically I think that interview is only with one or two people. They asked the standard questions: how did you deal with a difficult situation, tell me about a time you accomplished something, tell me about a mistake you made and how you fixed it. Nothing too strenuous. My impression of the culture at the time was that it was very relaxed. It was jeans day and I saw a girl in tight jeans and fur leg-warmers, which apparently was acceptable.
