I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The conversation went well and the manager even commented that my skill set seemed like a perfect match for their objectives. We discussed that the next steps would be to have a technical interview and meet with other team mates. They never followed up with me. I wrote back a few days after the interview to discuss scheduling the next steps, but never got a response. I tried 3 times over 3 weeks but they ghosted me. I put time and energy into the interview and I feel like that deserves at least a response.
