This was a waste of time. Candidates are asked to complete an unpaid assessment that requires significant effort, only to be rejected without any feedback.
At a minimum, feedback should be provided given the time investment. As it stands, the process gives the impression that candidate ideas are being used without proper consideration or transparency.
Additionally, the interviewer appeared disengaged and mentioned that telecom is “not fun,” which did not leave a positive or professional impression of the role or the company.
