Interview
Went through a screening interview. Made it past that round and had a panel interview via Teams. 3rd interview was in person at the location I was interested in working. I was lately informed that I'm being considered for the associate role and 2 weeks later rejected. It was a waste of time when it seemed they had already made up their minds about the role. It was also belittling to have applied and interviewed for one role, then been considered for a role below, and then rejected.
