Application happens through online portal. Two rounds of interviews, round 1 was a phone interview (despite being local) and round 2 was panel and swim test. Didn’t make it to round 2 and didn’t hear back for months and found out when a friend got the job instead. Next time I applied to the same team, I received email back that simply said “already interviewed”
