First they called me by phone and then we agreed to have a zoom meeting to discuss in more details my experience and achievements, I answered any questions they had related to this and after this we finally meet in person at the office location.
It was on-line and was conducted by 4 people. The role was Accounts Manager.
I was nervous but the interviewers were really helpful...
