The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gulfstream (Savannah, GA)
Interview
IEF Co-op; recruited from the university career fair. Fit check for the team, personality-based questions, and questions related to past projects and work. The interview lasted half an hour and was often with the past graduates of the university who went through the program and were hired for full time.
Asked basic interview questions. Nothing technical. People were easy to talk to and super friendly. They gauge their interns based on their personality rather than former experience. Highly recommend, enjoyed the process.
University recruiting, interviewed the day after career fair. Was asked to explain resume and answer some behavioral questions. There were some follow up questions about things on my resume but no real technical, exam-like questions.
