phone interview followed by personal interviews with Store Manager and District Manager. Before interviews, took personality and drug test. The interview covered coaching, skill set, strengths and opportunities, and loss prevention. They questions were pretty generic and if you have done a retail management interview before, you will find this runs in line with what most retailers ask during the interview process.

My interview was very in depth. It was a behavioral interview were I was asked to give answers to questions or what I would do in scenarios using previous work experience. I took a personnel evaluation profile questionnaire and was offered a position the same day!!
