Applied online and received a video interview invite within a few days. The process is automated; you get one shot per answer with no redos, so it’s best to prep stories about teamwork and customer service beforehand. It feels a bit fast-paced, but the questions are standard for retail.
The interview was virtual and had pre-recorded questions to answer. You have to record yourself answering each question and you only get one attempt per question. They asked about eight to ten questions.
